He earned his degree from Northeastern University in Boston in 2007, building a foundation in strategic thinking that would shape everything that came after. His path into steel came through a mutual introduction — and it turned out to be a perfect fit. The fast-paced, hands-on environment gave him a new arena to apply the same analytical rigor and drive he’d honed in finance, with the added reward of delivering real, lasting results.
Today, John is married to Natalie, and together they’re raising two kids. Family life keeps things busy and grounded, exactly the way he likes it.
