Jonathan Dahm

Jonathan is a St. Louis native who found his way into the steel industry through a strong referral — and never looked back. He'll be the first to tell you this business isn't for the faint of heart. It's fast-paced, rough around the edges, and demands a thick skin. But every day is different, and for Jonathan, that variety is exactly the point. At APP, Jonathan brings the same straightforward, no-nonsense approach to his customers that he brings to everything else in life. He's a relationship-first person in an industry that rewards exactly that. Outside the office, Jonathan is a parent — which, as any parent knows, is essentially a second full-time job with no off switch. On the rare occasions a free moment surfaces, he's most likely outside at the smoker or the grill, deep into his next cooking project. Beyond that, Jonathan operates by a few firm personal convictions: people should talk more and text less, cash still has a place in every wallet, and plastic has no business going in the microwave. Simple rules, lived consistently — which is probably a pretty good summary of the man himself.
