Kyle is a St. Charles, Missouri native who has spent his career in sales — moving through wine and spirits distribution and life insurance before finding his home in the steel industry. He attended Lindenwood University, where he played ice hockey and was part of the school’s first National Championship team — a distinction he carries with well-earned pride. When a good friend and APP veteran Andrew Kogan came calling with an opportunity in steel, Kyle made the leap, and it’s been a natural fit ever since.
At home, Kyle is happily married with two kids, keeping life full both on and off the clock.
What drives Kyle at APP is the hustle — the challenge of turning a prospect into a loyal customer and earning the right to be their go-to supplier. He believes in doing whatever it takes to separate himself from the competition, staying diligent and finding creative ways to deliver value. For Kyle, the problem-solving is half the fun.
Outside of work, Kyle keeps busy in ways that demand just as much discipline and grit as the job. He trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, bow hunts, and still laces up the skates for ice hockey. When it’s time to unwind, he’s reaching for some Bluegrass — his favorite musician is Colter Wall, which probably tells you everything you need to know about his taste.
