Tony found his footing in the steel industry in 2018, bringing a hands-on work ethic and a drive to deliver for his customers. A North Carolina native, he graduated from a local community college in 2016 before building a career around carbon and stainless steel — developing the kind of product knowledge that makes him a reliable resource for the customers he serves. At APP, Tony puts that expertise to work every day, leveraging the company’s material availability and market information to show up as a dependable partner, no matter what a customer needs.
At home, Tony is kept happily busy by four kids ranging in age from 1 to 11 — which means life moves fast and no two days look the same.
Outside of work, the garage is Tony’s domain. He’s passionate about building and working on his cars, and when he’s not turning wrenches, he’s likely tracking every lap of a Formula 1 race. It’s the same attention to precision and performance — just a different kind of horsepower.
One of the perks of calling North Carolina home is having the best of both worlds close by. Tony spends his summers at the beach and comes fall, you’ll find him on the Blue Ridge Parkway, taking in the mountains. It’s hard to argue with that combination.
